for once, tomorrow appears to be of pure reluctance and hesitance.

but time and tide waits for no man, so i can't help but to get through with this painful moment.

i'll be leaving for a vacation tomorrow, and although it won't be far, but it appears distant, given that i have to leave dearest all alone for the coming days.

thirteenth, thirteenth!

it's been two and a half hours since the clock struck midnight.
you weren't there to celebrate, but i know your soul's dancing merrily to my wishes.

just a month back, we were flying.
now we're thrown back down to earth, or rather, i was.
just when i thought i would be there at every moment you need me, i was wrong.

tmr's a new milestone.
the first month celebration coming into our first-year era.
but where will I be?

I'm truly sorry my absence will ruin a supposed wonderful day.

it's been thirteen months.
not alot, but still, it keeps me wondering how i ever achieve this.
eleven more into our first aim, and i don't see why we can't go on.
this past month has been the best, from what I could remember.
quarrels have diminished, and times could not have been better.
that's simply tremendous.

I don't know why I'm doing this at this part of time. But I just feel like doing this. Don't ask me why, or rather, never ever ask me why.

Although the First Anniversary may be approximately a month back,
the reminiscence can never fail to be washed off from this memory of mine.
UNIFORM was the word of the day;
as our bodies got clad in identical green LACOSTE polos and as our minds grew alike so much.
we knew, by then, that we're in for one hell of fun.

A year back, Clarke Quay witnessed what appear to be a historical moment.
and at the turn of a milestone, Flyers became its successor.
So sweet and serene was the atmosphere, as two minds romanced at the peak of the Ferris.
Life was a dream, for once.
And as the night ages, the same two minds became inseparable.
we were, hoping that time would stand still.
But it was not to be.

The best ever fashion to end would to extract a line from our song,
that "I love you - I still do, and I'll always do."

dear's absence over to thailand did no help to make my life any interesting.
one word to describe that weekend: empty.
the only best thing i did during dear's absence was to indulge sinfully over at sakura's with my family!
rate was $23 per head, and i really made full use of it. (:
i tried EVERY prawn available, and gosh.. the cheese and chilli prawn was awesome!
gotta go there again someday! (:

friday, 31st October!
a night to remember! well, first-time experiences are always unforgettable! (:
it was, the night of NP@45!
the build-up to the event was damn funny.
the night before, then dear first announced that she'll be attending the event with her friends, WITHOUT ME, i was rather pissed off. come on, she didn't mentioned anything about it earlier.
didn't talk to dear for a moment, haha.
then at night, dear invited me along for the occasion. refused persistently at first, but i was rather feeling insecured - you know, when it comes to clubbing, anything can happen - so me, as a good boyfriend, agreed to join along. it was a good opportunity to make fresh ties with dear's classmates. (:

man, oh man. dj koflow was in the building, baby! LOLS.
great fun, and i danced like there was no tomorrow!
partied like a rockstar! HAHA.
so entertaining, dear was a dancing queen! (:

saturday, 1st november!
Can somebody just knock some sense into me, and tell me that one year has passed.
Just 365 days back, dear and I were celebrating her birthday on the night of our physics O's paper.

And today, we were together for the similar purpose yet again; the only differences were that she's a year older, and that we're already an official couple now.

Birthdays are truly to be enjoyed, and I can swear to anyone that we had the best time ever!
Underwater World was the place to be, and Swensens' - oh, it is always back there again - has never failed to live up to the occasion.

the night of the first of november was one of the most unforgettable!
for the first time in my life, i organised a surprise!
and the best part, it was for my dear girl. (:
but hey, it would have all been impossible if it wasn't for my crew - mikhy, cabby, michee and purdey!
i swear to god, i tell you.. they are exactly the group of people you would want to have to create the greatest surprise ever.
i trusted them, laid the responsibilities on their shoulders.. and thank god, did they deliver what I was hoping for!
A REALLY SPLENDID EVENING! (:

the plan went smoothly - from blindfolding dearest with the school tie, to the pizza-dinner surprise, to the blinding "game", and finally the biggest surprise of all, the arrival of the cake and the fieryheart which bore dear's initials .
it was pretty cool, excellently planned and magnificently executed.

dear, happy seventeenth birthday! (:

wow, for the first time ever.. class 1M1, or then-called 1K1, became so united!
and i have to say, the surprise was a total success! (:
the whole class was planning to create a belated surprise for JoLee, whose birthday was just a day before mine.
i was all part of the surprise, and even contributed 5 bucks for the cake.
totally didn't expect the surprise to get back on to me, and was caught off-guard.
no wonder, i was the one tasked to distract JoLee off while they prepared the cake.
azzrul actually wanted me off the prep work cos i was also part of the surprise.
well done, guys.
and especially to you, azzrul. i know you'll read this somewhere, somehow.
thanks for the shirt and the cake man, you were determined to keep the surprise a complete secret although you faced alot of setbacks.

after candle-blowing and cake-cutting,
sean, eugene, JoLee and me spontaneously bought two more slices of cakes for cedric and john!
john's celebrating his birthday tmr, as of 25th october, while cedric's on the 29th!

so well, today was the first of the many days dear's apart from me.
and i'm not taking it very well.
felt a total difference, having to head home straight after school.. eating lunch with my friends.
and most apparent, not having to feel the beeps and vibrations of my hp, cos you're not there to feel my inbox. :(
i'll be patient though, and what's this compared to the one year i've waited for you? LOLS.

anw, got stuck on the song 'if i were a boy' by beyonce, lately.
and was listening to it on the mp3 while on the way home.
and i teared a lil'.
i'm not exeggarating, but i feel totally empty without miss chua shilin!

hey, back to blogging. it's been dead for a while, thank god i know that.

tuesday, 14th october was marvellous!
school was long, but was looking forward to the after-5-o'clock activities all day long.
headed down to holland village for our 11th month meal, at this muslim western food outlet.
very cool atmosphere;
during some moments, it felt like i wasn't in singapore. HAHA.
i had chicken chop, while dear had fish&chips! 5.80 each, standard price. (:
at by the roadside, downhill on the curb, indeed. LOLS.
dear was clad in her brand new forever 21 top, and looked absolutely great!
hot siol! haha.
swensens' gelato for dessert, had mixed nut crunch @ 5.90! (:
spent the night over at coffee bean, after much brain-cracking and hesitance,
simply cos we didn't had any plan B's after meal. LOLS.

thursday, the 16th, was a bomb! (:
and yes, it was my seventeenth birthday.
planned earlier to catch a movie, but didn't, eventually.
my phone got bombarded as early as the clock struck 12.

and dear, it REALLY doesn't matter to me if you're not the first to wish me, yeah?
i have no qualms about that at all. the first doesn't mean it's the best wish, right?
in fact, or most expectedly, you sent me the longest and the sweetest text of all.

headed to plaza singapura right after school, and had pizza hut for dinner!
didn't know pizza hut is currently having a very affordable meal offer..
of $11.90 for a whole set of pasta/baked rice/pan pizza, plus soup of the day, plus drinks, and ice cream. LOLS.
had chicken wings as well.
my stomach didn't go well for me during the whole course of the meal though, so had to make a visit to the toilet. took damn long..
but dear was so understanding and patient! didn't throw tantrum at all, how sweeeeeeeeeet! (:
love you, dearest. hehe.
the day was approaching night too quickly, that we decided against the movies.
went for shopping instead. (:
bought two mario kinder surprise-like eggs, which toy suprises inside.
had mario and his flower! adorable, actually. (:
it was the first ever time i spent my age-anniversary with my girlfriend, and no one had been more suitable if it wasn't you, dearest sweetheart! (:

friday, the 17th.
school was pretty short, but it was a long day for me.
dear went over to leslie's place, and so i was a lil' lonely right after school.
so decided to head down to geylang to finally purchase the novel for mummy's birthday! (:
novel was at $14, while the vcd cost $10.
accompanied fazlee all the way down to his training centre at kampung ubi cc, and learnt new directions during the journey in bus 154. (:
at night, headed to pasir panjang to pick dearest up from leslie's.
many complications happened in between, but felt good that i was 'praised' as a good boyfriend. HAHAHAHA!
had kfc for supper! (: lols.

monday, 20th october. (:
back to training after a week absence, due to bad stomach flu.
but it was doing fine. (:
dearest's the best ever! waited for me to end training summore, 5-9! i love you so much.

tuesday, 21st october.
made a small suprise for mum, by placing our gifts at the round table just outside her door.
thought it was all good, but it was hurtful to hear that she had both the novel and the movie. :(
totally disappointed, but what to do.
i'm so proud of myself though, cos i was determined thruout the fight to get the novels. (:
caught movie with dearest! eagle eye was a hit!
and shia lebeouf; man, he's such a great actor. (: LOLS.
cinema's at west mall however, so the only best food we could get the was kfc. LOLS.

23rd october!
school was short. (:
met dearest after school, and went to have our last meal together before she leaves for chiang mai. :( how lonely i'll be. LOLS.
had the usuals; rojak, minced meat noodle.
wanted to get a hoody today, but couldn't find any. so too bad, boy.
spent a lil' quality time with dear before i sent her home, and she cried. how sad i felt. :(
but it'll only be for a short while, i hope. (:

anyways! dearest's birthday coming wihtin the next 12 days.
and will be celebrating it on the first of november. (:
the plans aren't finalised yet, but it'll be a good one, i hope. LOLS.

that means.. even after guessing the words right, she still have to rearrange the words given over the next 12 days to form the sentence, which is the theme of the event. (:
i'm praying she won't get it right before it hits the first of november. HAHA.
